I am Arash Golnam, a poet and a Jungian Psychoanalyst, with training from CG Jung Institute, Zurich.
A citizen of Iran and Switzerland, I now call Lima, Peru, my home. My journey seamlessly intertwines Persian poetry, Jungian Psychoanalysis, and plant medicine; a tapestry of cultures, traditions, and philosophies spanning continents and centuries.
This global perspective has enriched and deepened my understanding of the human condition and the psyche.
